Order Acceptance Policy

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. PenPower Inc. reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. PenPower Inc. reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.

30-Day Money Back Guarantee

With regard to your return request, we regret that you are not completely satisfied with your product. Products must be returned in the original packaging. Shipping and handling is not refundable. Damage and missing part restocking fees may apply. The 30-day money back guarantee does not apply to our pure software or license products.

Shipping Information:

We mostly use FedEx to ship your products. For ground services, it may take 1 - 5 business days to reach addresses within the continental 48 States. For other territory such as Canada, we will ship to you by Global Express Mail® (EMS). Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

General Policies

Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive free shipping and you decide to return it, we will charge that shipping fee.

All exchanges and returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Exchanges and credits cannot be processed without one.

An RMA must be requested within 15 days of the original invoice date. Thereafter, all sales are final. If you didn't purchase directly from us, consult with the store of your purchase.

The returned package must be received within 10 business days of the RMA issue date.

We will charge a 20% restocking fee.

All products are sold with their respective manufacturer's warranties. Please note that warranty periods and services vary by manufacturer and product.

When returning products, you will pay the shipping yourselves, we strongly recommend the use of a carrier that can track packages. You also assume responsibility for insuring the returned item.

All items must be returned in "as new" condition in the original packaging and include all accessories, blank warranty cards, UPC codes (attached), and user manuals.

All Software Products

Unopened software can be exchanged within 15 days of the invoice date. Opened software will not be accepted for return.

Requesting A Product Return

Send your request via email to sales@penpowerinc.com . Please include your order number. After Receiving Your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number

Crediting Your Account

Credit will be issued within seven business days of receiving your return. All refunds for credit will be issued to the credit card account that appears on the original invoice. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, and if you receive free shipping, you'll have to give it back to us. Please note that your financial institution may take up to 10 additional days from the date we issue the credit to post it to your actual account. Questions regarding this should be directed to your financial institution. When returning an item paid for by check or money order, a refund check will be mailed to you within 10 business days from the time we receive your return.

Product Replacement

When exchanging an item, you will be sent a replacement item and a new tracking number once PenPower receives, approves and processes the returned item.
