1) Please go to “Start”->”Control Panel”.

2) Please choose “Clock, Language, and Region”.

3) Please choose “Region and Language”.

4) Please click “Formats” form, then choose “Chinese (Traditional, Taiwan)”.

5) Please click “Location” form, then choose “Taiwan”.

6) Please click “Administrative” form, then click “Change system locale…”button.

7) Please choose “Chinese (Traditional, Taiwan)”and click “OK” button.
