Step 1: Go to[ Start ]/[ Control Panel ], and select [ Regional and Language Options ] as shown below.



Under“Select a language to match the language version or the non-unicode programs you want to use:”select [ Taiwan ] or other Chinese language country.



Step 2: Check “Install files for East Asian languages”.
If this item is already checked or blank, continue to the next step.



Step 3: Under “Select an item to match its preferences, or click Customize to choose your own format :” for example, select [ Chinese(Taiwan) ].



Step 4: Click on the[ Regional Options ] tab, select [ Taiwan ] under “Location”. Restart your computer for the new settings to take effect.
