Q3: When I run WorldCard software, it shows the hardware is not connected. What should I do?

After installation, plug the WorldCard Ultra into the USB port of your computer. When the message below appears, you will be able to use the WorldCard Ultra properly.

If you do not find the driver, it means that you might not install its driver properly. Please remove WorldCard software and install again. During the installation, please check I want to install WorldCard Ultra driver to install the driver.
